Gambaran Pekerjaan :
  1. Mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk pelaporan dapat dilakukan secara akurat.
  2. Memasukkan data dan informasi untuk kedua laporan keuangan secara berkala dan bebas yang berkala ke dalam database sistem keuangan & akuntansi untuk pengiriman informasi keuangan manajemen dan stakeholder.
  3. Penyusunan laporan keuangan (sebenarnya vs anggaran / sebenarnya vs ramalan) sebagai data dianalisis untuk diberikan kepada Divisi keuangan perusahaan.
  4. Masukkan data untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan (neraca dan laporan laba rugi) triwulanan / tahunan informasi keuangan untuk tunduk kepada pemerintah melalui Divisi hubungan eksternal.
  5. Mempersiapkan data keuangan untuk diserahkan kepada pemerintah (EMR) agar pemerintah melaporkan data akurat.

HR DEPARTMENT HEAD


  1. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Management / Economic / Psychology
  2. Min 5 years' experience as HR Manager
  3. Have competencies: negotiation skill, remuneration management, Employee & Industrial relations, organization development, and people development
  4. Good communication skill
  5. Fluent in English is a must


PLANT PRODUCTION SUPPORT FOREMAN   


  1. Male/ Female
  2. Max 30 years old
  3. Minimum Bachelor Degree at Civil Engineering
  4. Minimum 1 years experience at same role
  5. Have a knowledge about mine civil and portwork
  6. Have a good knowledge about Hydrology
  7. Have a good knowledge about EVM, RAB, Project Management, Support Software about civil works
  8. Willing to be placed at Kelanis Site, Central Borneo


BUDGETING OFFICER


  1.  Bachelor degree from Economic majoring Accounting, min GPA 3.00
  2.  Min. 2 years experience, preferably from Public Accountant background
  3.  Having knowledge about Financial Planning & Budgeting
  4.  Having knowledge about Financial Analyst
  5.  Having knowledge about Accounting Control
  6.  Fluent in English is a must


ACCOUNT PAYABLE STAFF


  1. Male/ Female with maximum 26 years of age.
  2. Diploma 3 Degree from Accounting or Finance.
  3. Having experience 1-2 years experience as account payable or accounting staff (preferably from public accountant and mining company).
  4. Having knowledge about making consolidation and accounting report.
  5. Having knowledge about tax.
  6. Having knowledge about cash management and budgeting.
  7. Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical thinking


EPC MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD   


  1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in engineering or business having project managed a power plant in a commercial/ contracts role.
  2. At least twenty (12) years relevant management experience
  3. Extensive knowledge and experience in negotiating contracts and commercial terms
  4. Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant codes for the power plant construction
  5. Ability to drive team of by providing right directions to complete the activities in time and within budget
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  7. Ability to communicate well with team members and also possess excellent team building skills
  8. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with EPC contractors, Consultants, managers, fellow employees, and representatives of the regulatory agencies.
  9. Must be computer literate, with experience using word processing, excel spreadsheets, project management software’s and other engineering tools.
  10. Ability to maintain a strong sense of propriety concerning confidential matters
  11. Supervise a team of Contracts Executive on commercial matters
  12. Contract administration
  13. Oversee bids for tender submission, costing and monitor bid evaluation and selection process


SECRETARY


  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  2. Minimal 3 years experience.
  3. Required skill(s): ability English communication skill, ability to work with detailed, ability to write correspondence well.
  4. Required language(s): English
  5. Full-Time position(s) available


MIS DEPARTMENT HEAD


  1. Bachelor / Master Degree in IT
  2. Have min 5 years experience as MIS Specialist
  3. Have strong competency in Database Management and Management Information System
  4. Good communication skill
  5. Good English is a must


HRGA OFFICER   

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree all major with min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
  2. Minimum  2 years experience in similar position
  3. Required Competencies : Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, People Development, HR Administrative, GA.
  4. Good communication, leadership & managerial skills and has to be passionate in human resources
  5. Good command in English both oral and written
  6. Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan


PLANTATION & AGRIBUSINESS CONTROLLER


  1. Bachelor degree in agriculture
  2. Min 5 years total experience
  3. 5 years experience as Plantatione Manager or Head of Administration Gardens
  4. Research and development experience doing business development garden
  5. Having the ability to project management, project management, legal compliance, handling conflict, and quality improvement


PROJECT FINANCE CONTROL OFFICER


  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Finance or Accounting
  2. Minimum  2 years in similar position
  3. Required Competencies :  Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Budgeting, Loan Documentation Monitoring and Reporting
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Excellent command in English both oral and written


INTEGRATED FARMING ADMIN STAFF


  1. Bachelor degree in Agribusiness / Information Systems / Business Management with Min. GPA 3:00
  2. A minimum of 2 year experience in breeding company
  3. Have the ability in the field of Agribusiness Management and Internal Audit
  4. Have good communication skills
  5. Willing to be located at Kalimantan Selatan


LAND DATABASE ADMIN


  1. Minimum Diploma 3 Degree majoring Information Technology.
  2. Minimum 3.00 GPA.
  3. Having minimum 2 years experience as IT Administrator in reputable company.
  4. Having knowledge about Geographic Information System (GIS).
  5. Having knowledge about Database Infrastructure.
